100 WOMEN WHO CARE
100 Women Who Care is a group of women who share a common desire to give back and inspire local philanthropy in their community. Funds raised will go to support the Women’s Endowment Fund held at Brandon Area Community Foundation and supports CRA Charitable Organizations in our Westman Area.
The group is open to all women – the more women who get involved, the greater our impact will be!
For every member who joins the 100 Women Who Care initiatives they will commit by making a $100 donation to the Women’s Endowment Fund.
We are still welcoming new members. Our goal is to have 100 women registered, a $5,000 donation to be awarded at each meeting.
$5,000 impact to non-profit organizations in our community.
Annual Commitment Fee is $100 which is directed to the Women’s Endowment Fund, $50 per meeting, 4 meetings left = $200 commitment.
The group’s motto is: 100 Women – 1 Hour – $5,000 – Local Impact.

100 Women Who Care FAQ
Which charitable organizations are eligible for consideration?
Is my donation tax deductible?
How is the organization that receives the group donation chosen?
The selected members will be notified and asked to give a short 5 minute presentation at the meeting as to why the organization they are nominating should receive the donation and then spend 5 minutes for Q & A.
We encourage members to participate by submitting the names of local, needy, charitable organizations!
What if I cannot attend a meeting?
1. Members who are unable to attend the meeting can email their vote to email@example.com. Members are expected to make their $50 donation regardless of attendance;
2. The member can make the payment online by clicking here
3. Make the full $200 payment with the $100 commitment fee at the time you sign up to be a member of the 100 Women Who Care Club;
4. If a member who was drawn to speak at the meeting cannot attend may have a friend speak to the group on her behalf. The friend cannot vote unless they are a paid member.
How long do the meetings last?
Can I bring a friend to the meeting?
Can I just send the donation to the charity myself?
