Types of Projects the Foundation Does Not Provide Funding For
Applicants are strongly encouraged to review the following list of exclusions before submitting a grant application.
The Brandon Area Community Foundation does not provide funding for projects such as endowment funds, fundraising events, or any initiatives seeking retroactive support for expenses incurred before a funding decision is made. We are also unable to support applications from individuals, debt repayment efforts, or projects designed to replace public sector funding. Additionally, funding will not be provided for operational costs related to conferences—including registration fees and memberships—as well as activities of a primarily religious nature or those affiliated with political organizations
